How can I record how many times my page is translated by extensions such as Google Translate?

My site is only in English but we get reports that not all our users speak English. Is there any way to see how often it is being translated?

How do I set average daily users

How can I set average daily user? I am asking this, because when I create a chart like daily active users, date range is past year and grouped by month, current month daily users shows 1st of current month. It is not correct. Because if it is SaaS product, 1st of the month can be weekend, or by looking 1st of the month, you cannot say it is daily average users of current month.

Is there a specific way to set up a SwiftUI app with the classic SDK?

Hey all, I’m working through setting up heap for a swiftUI app. I’m interested most in the visual editing to tag events, so it sounds like I need to set up the classic SDK. I’m getting events to fire but I’m hitting two snags: If I go through the install guide, I get stuck at “No data received yet...”. Though, if I go to the live feed, I do see my events getting tracked. If I go to the visual editor, I get a screen that indicates I haven’t set up the app (it says “Heap must be set up on your website or mobile app.”). Which again is odd because I am seeing the events fire with my current setup.I have heap set up as so:Grabbed the package from SPM here: https://github.com/heap/heap-ios-sdk.gi In my app delegate I have the following: Heap.initialize("YOUR_APP_ID") Also using Chrome as the browser. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Journey question

Hello,For my company which is Fintech for B2B - we want to understand what visitors are doing after visiting the homepage. for “ took a different path or dropped off” How is the ration calculated? does this percentage include both users who navigated to a different page of the site and those who left the site entirely? Also, how is the 'different path' typically defined in this context? why in this journey, we see another fork with the same event? for instance here it’s “home page view” - any reasons or explanations?

addUserProperties API through Google Tag Manager

Hey all, I’m looking to use Google Tag Manager with the Heap addUserProperties API to attach pieces of info to users like buying stage, domain, etc. via another source I’ve gathered through another tag. However, I’m not sure when to call this API or how often within Google Tag Manager. Is it best practice to call the API in the same JS script that loads heap directly after the heap.load function? Or do I need to set up another tag for the API call? Either way, it seems like this API call will fire at least once per page, which I am not sure is best practice. Any help here is much appreciated. Thanks!

How to setup Heap with React Native & Expo with Expo Router

I’ve followed the Heap React Native setup guide, and able to get basic user data and manually coded tracking events sent to Heap, but none of autotracking touching events. Since Expo Router is a filed based router that not exposing NavigationContainer. So I’m skipped this step.To my understood, I should still be able to see autotracked touching events. But I’m not actually seeing them. Why?

Table Showing Sessions with Multiple Events

Hello,I’m trying to understand how often users perform two different events in the same session, for several events across our product. I know how to use Heap to answer the question, “In how many sessions did a user Perform Event 1 and Event 2.” But what I’m struggling to do is to create that analysis at scale.Ideally I’d like to create a table like this, where each cell is the number of sessions in which those two events were both performed.Can anyone help me find a way to do this in Heap? I don’t necessarily need the pretty table, just a way to find the answer more quickly than asking Heap for each combination individually.

Is setAppId available for web application?

I could see, there is an Client API setAppId for the IOS and React Native. Is it available for web application? If not, kindly give it a release, it would be really useful in many real time use cases.

Was there a recent change to the Fields available on Export from Users page?

Is anybody aware of (or has anybody else noticed) a change to the fields available in the .csv exports from the Users page? We used to use a csv export like this to feed some internal reporting - it had UTM tags, locations, and other details. Now it just has 10 columns that are less helpful to us. Does anybody know if I can go back to getting this if I buy up to a paid plan? Is there a setting that I’m missing that I can use to get those things in downloads? Thanks in advance,Alex

Funnel for users who have not performed an action

Does the funnel chart let you look at users who have not performed an event?For example, I’d like to dive deeper into my organization’s users who have:1. Performed event A ever2. Performed event B ever3. Has never performed CIf the funnel view is not a great way to look at these users, is there another way to look at users like this?

The power of segments in Heap

When it comes to understanding your users, there are few tools more powerful than user segmentation. Get all sorts of insight into how your product or site is working. The specifics will of course be unique to your product. The more ways you can slice up the data, the more likely you are to stumble onto an underserved segment. See how your site is performing across the user segments that matter to your business. To start breaking your data down and making it more actionable, group your users according to significant characteristics, behaviors, or other attributes. To create your segment, go to Data in the left side menu of Heap. In the next column you will see Segments. Once in the Segment section, you will see Define segment in the upper right. You can use a mix of behavior-based and user properties to create your user segment in Heap.
