Page Load - Inactive

Hi all,

I configured a Page Load event in May, however, since the beginning of June I'm not getting any data regarding the Page Load Time.

You can find the event report here.

Can you please explain me the reason for this?

For other readers who may run into similar situations:

  • If an event goes inactive, it means it hasn’t been seen in at least 3 days.
  • That is a cue to check the definition.
  • If it’s based on Heap’s autocaptured data, perhaps you need to repair the event.
  • If it is a custom event, you should check the code that you implemented. This will usually be something to talk to your engineers about, but you may have used Snapshots as a “tag manager trigger” in which case you should look at the event definition it is stored against and check if it’s still there, or if someone has made changes (look at Event History to see each version of an event over time).
