Hi,

I am looking for a way to analyze a repeated action within a single session. For example how many of our users did action X more than 10 times within a single session or even within several minutes.

I only found how to define a specific day/7 days/month etc. and that resolution is not sufficient.

Thanks!

Hi! This is a great question.

You can get a distribution of events in graph by doing a “count unique” of your event, grouped by “number of users who have done a count of” for your event, but there isn’t an option to set a “single session” this way.

Instead, what you can do is create a single-step funnel chart with the event you want to measure, and then group by “number of users who have done a count of” for the same event. The “group analysis” table below the funnel will then have the different buckets of frequency, and the number of users who fell into each bucket.

I think that’ll get close to what you are looking for. Hope it helps!
