I am using the free version of Heap with react native. I want to implement snapshot properties, but when I go to click on it, I am unable to click on it (it is greyed out and shows a forbidden symbol when you run your cursor over it). Does anyone know why I am having this problem? I am an admin role.

View originalHi There, Daniel from the Solutions team here! Unfortunately, snapshots aren’t presently supported for native mobile apps and frameworks including React Native at this time, although I will raise this as a feature request with our Product team.
As an alternative, I would recommend either the implementation of Component Props which are already autocaptured by Heap or through our Track API which can be used to generate custom events with custom properties of your choosing. These options will require engineering work on your end although they should enable you to enrich your dataset in a similar manner to Snapshots.
