Thanks for opening up this new thread. There was some latency in Heap related to the creation of new property keys in Heap’s app today, which mean the new custom properties weren’t searchable in the app. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience!
I’ve employed a workaround for your account so it should be all resolved now. Also, the root issue was been resolved today, so moving forward you shouldn’t run into these issues!
