Adam from the Solutions team here.
It is not currently possible to export timestamps of events that are shown on a graph, from the Heap UI. However, if you have Heap Connect, our downstream data platform, you can send your Heap data to a data warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake and S3 are supported) and query/export event timestamps from there.
