No Events from Safari

We have heap embedded with Shopify app. We noticed that we don’t receive any events from Safari.

Running on Mac OS X 12.6.1

Is this a MacOS restriction or Safari restriction?

Is there any potential resolution for the same?

I know that Visual Labeling and Live Feed don’t work with Safari, but I definitely see Safari users in all my heap data/charts...
