Salesforce Integration

Hi all,

We're unable to connect our Development (ID: 1173190626) and Production (ID: 2383593008) we apps to our Salesforce account platform.

We have the following user attributes to use as primary keys:
 - Heap: Platform Account ID
 - Salesforce: PUP Account ID
 

Also have the emails, but we are not being able to add it. Already went through the entire Salesforce integration guide. However, when selecting the attributes below:
 

I don't get any information when clicking on the SELECT JOIN KEY button.

Can someone from your end support us?
