We’re running a survey that asks users to self identify their persona and level of experience using Appcues. The data is flowing into Heap as events, but we want to have the answers update the user properties for each user, so that it can be used for grouping and filtering later on.
Is there a way of doing this in a smooth way? I assume the API(s?) will be involved somehow, but I’m not sure where to start.
