I think some of our users might be double clicking buttons that they only need to click once. We’re getting some “rage clicks” on things I suspect are less “rage” and more “make sure that button really got kicked because I learned to use a computer in the 90s”, wondering if my hypothesis is correct
My site is only in English but we get reports that not all our users speak English. Is there any way to see how often it is being translated?

Looking for some help on how to collect a snapshot for product name when a use clicks the add to cart button on a product tile. The add to cart button is technically a form submit. In yellow is the css selector for the tracking of the click “.hh-product-form.block”. In orange is what I am trying to pull in as a snapshot. I also tried using the element selector to grab the product name in the tile, but that doesn’t seem to work either.
Context:We’re trying to track initial purchases of users but are running into an issue where using “unique users” count by day of users who fired our “purchase” event: it is over-counting since a user can purchase on both Day 1 and then on Day 2 and still be unique within each day. My thought was to define a user property that is similar to the default property of “Date First Seen” that is the date or time of first “purchase” event. Is there a way to do this or otherwise back in to initial purchase dates without redefining what properties our event fires with on the backend?
My page views are coming through just fine. but my “click on” events don’t show. This is in development, not production.heres what I’m doing:
Hi, just asking if anyone might have similar use cases and if so, could you find the data on Heap? And if yes, how do you set it up? This example is for a sign up process: I want to know if I can find the number of users who start a sign up process by device, and then further look into - from those who started the sign up process on desktop/mobile/tablet, how many users eventually completed the sign up process and on which device? Can this be done on Heap? Any insight on this would be appreciated!
Our internal team is under a certain segment and we do not want to track their sessions specially session replays. Is this possible?

How can I set average daily user? I am asking this, because when I create a chart like daily active users, date range is past year and grouped by month, current month daily users shows 1st of current month. It is not correct. Because if it is SaaS product, 1st of the month can be weekend, or by looking 1st of the month, you cannot say it is daily average users of current month.
Hello,For my company which is Fintech for B2B - we want to understand what visitors are doing after visiting the homepage. for “ took a different path or dropped off” How is the ration calculated? does this percentage include both users who navigated to a different page of the site and those who left the site entirely? Also, how is the 'different path' typically defined in this context? why in this journey, we see another fork with the same event? for instance here it’s “home page view” - any reasons or explanations?
I am trying to delete a user through the user deletion api - https://heapanalytics.com/api/public/v0/user_deletion. The status being returned is pending. After a day I checked the status again it was set to completed , but the user has not been deleted. I want to know if I am missing some steps , are there any permissions required that need to be set up ? Also , how long it takes for the status to change from pending to completed ?
Hello, We’re just investigating our use of Heap and noticed that adblockers are preventing the autocapture of data in some cases. What are the different ways other companies are mitigating the issue of adblockers please? (I have seen this article, but wanted to understand what everyone else is doing)Thanks :)
