Hi, we’re a marketplace and have 2 Projects set up on heap (buyer side vs. seller side).

We’re about to launch seller app - that is going to be Native Mobile with only few core features compared to Desktop site. For this, should we create a new project? or a new environment? Or is it possible to add to the existing project?

As a reference, our current set up is as below:

I think the best way might be add the new Seller App to Project 2 since they’d share same type of action-based event from different devices, but is it possible?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @jinahlee1234 ,

Hope you are doing well.

If you want to analyze sellers moving between app and web to perform a omnichannel or a cross platform analysis, then adding the seller app to Project 2 in same environment would be the best possible option.

However, you should be utilizing the Identity which uniquely identifies a seller logging into the app or web .

You can simply pick up the App id from the Projects list and have that added to the code while deployment of Heap SDK.

Thanks and Regards,

Preetam
