We are planning to integrate heap with our AWS redshift using heap connect which is enabled now in our account. Since our redshift is in private subnet and not accessible directly we have created the ssh tunnel as per instruction in document https://help.heap.io/integrations/data-warehouses/redshift/
Provide SSH Tunnel Metadata
Along with the basic configuration details (see below), you should provide to Heap the following information about the SSH tunnel configuration:
- IP address or DNS name of the tunnel server as seen from the public internet
- SSH port of the tunnel server as seen from the public internet
- Username on the tunnel server for the SSH connection (the standard is ‘heap’)
Where do we have to enter these tunnel configuration as on redshift heap connect UI only redshift connection details can be entered and there no fields for ssh tunnel configuration.
