We are working on an enterprise API product, where we don't expect users to login and perform actions on the product UI on a regular basis/frequently.
We would like to use Heap to track the user activity on the UI, however the feature in Heap which marks events as inactive if no activity is detected for 72 hours is a blocker for us. We expect "valid" events to be there which should not be treated as inactive just because users did not access it for 3 days.
Is there a way to disable this behavior of events becoming inactive? Or at least increase the inactivity time?
