Hi, I’ve signed up for a trial of Heap as it looks good for our needs, and installed it onto a dev environment.
I can see results coming in for some events, but if I try and create a heat map, I enter my filter details, and then Heap sits there for a couple of minutes with a spinner before coming up with an error
For Sessions, if I turn off Only show sessions with replays, sessions show up after a short pause, however if I do only show sessions with replays it is empty
Any suggestions on how to get this going?
