I am trying to delete a user through the user deletion api - https://heapanalytics.com/api/public/v0/user_deletion. The status being returned is pending. After a day I checked the status again it was set to completed , but the user has not been deleted. I want to know if I am missing some steps , are there any permissions required that need to be set up ? Also , how long it takes for the status to change from pending to completed ?

Hope you are doing well.
You can also raise a User deletion request from Privacy and Security configuration option available in the Heap UI. Once a request is generated it usually takes ~14days for the request to get completed.
You can also reach out to the Heap support @ support@heap.io if it takes more than that.
