How can I view count of companies that did X event?

The approach we definitely recommend is using our Account Health Analysis feature. Once there, you’ll be prompted to select a user property that denotes an Account ID. All users associated with this Account ID will be grouped together into the corresponding Account.

Please ensure you select an Account ID that is guaranteed to be unique for a given account and not, for example, a property such as a company name.

Once you’ve added this you’ll have access to new analysis types that will help you answer your question.

If you don’t have access to this feature, an alternative option would be to add a user property that captures a users company name which could then be used in analysis as well.
