We have session replay activated on our Heap account and are now trying to make use of the heatmaps feature.
But when checking, we saw on our homepage with a sample of 1.67k sessions, clicks only appeared in one location on the page - which seems unrealistic. Also when viewing for tablet and mobile, we could see other clicks.
Anyone else facing a similar case? Or any idea what might be causing this?

Hope you are doing well.
The most probable reason being the configuration of the page is not matching with what is outlined in the Session Replay InfoSec Checklist. The steps outlined are required for Session Replay to function as expected. Further, if there are iFrames throughout the site, there are additional configuration changes that must be made in order to capture them.
